I created my Organic Vegetable Primavera Sauce when my children were small and I was raising them in Italy. I wanted my children to eat more vegetables so I came up with this delicious sauce, laden with vegetables, unbeknownst to them. They loved it! I begin by sautéing fresh organic garlic, organic onion, organic celery and organic carrots in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until tender, they are pureed until smooth. I add crushed organic Imported San Marzano tomatoes and fresh Italian herbs. The result is truly magnificent: a delicious way to savor your vegetables in an earthy, rich sauce.
