Nothing adds more kick to pasta than my Organic Creamy Vodka Sauce! Living in Tuscany, where I raised my children, I learned the art of combining tomato and cream sauces. It is a delicate balance of perfect proportions. My Creamy Vodka is a butter-based sauce, using the highest grade AA unsalted butter. The butter is melted while the cream is slowly added, then the crushed imported San Marzano tomatoes are gradually added along with the vodka. The result is a rich, versatile sauce that is fabulous on any cut of pasta, as well as on chicken or vegetables. Buon Appetito!
